Palomar Family Counseling Service, Inc. is certified by the County of San Diego, Department of Probation to provide domestic violence batterer's treatment and is certified by the State of California, Health and Human Services Agency, Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs to operate an alcoholism and/or drug abuse recovery or treatment program. PFCS is certified by the California Department of Education, Special Education Division, as a nonpublic nonsectarian agency providing services for individuals with exceptional needs.
