PFCS Has Merged With TrueCare
On Sept. 1, 2026, Palomar Family Counseling Service (PFCS) officially merged with TrueCare, a nonprofit community health center serving San Diego and Riverside counties.
The merger brings together PFCS’s nearly 70-year history of behavioral health care with TrueCare’s network of medical, dental and wellness services.
Together, we can connect more individuals and families with coordinated, whole-person care while continuing the counseling programs our communities trust.
This partnership ensures long-term sustainability while advancing our shared mission to provide accessible, high-quality care.
By joining forces, we are maximizing resources to meet growing community needs and creating powerful new opportunities to connect specialized behavioral health services with primary medical care so individuals can heal and grow in both body and mind.
