We are delighted to share our new three year strategic plan, created with the support of Betsy Uhrman and Kaya Tith of Health management Associates.  The plan features our newly reimagined Vision and Mission, and is based on a comprehensive description and illustration of our Theory of Change.

Vision:

We aspire to a future where individuals of all ages have the care, skills, and support they need to contribute to and thrive in communities.

Mission:

We empower and uplift individuals of all ages in North San Diego County by providing high-quality mental health services that foster resilience and well-being.

We are grateful to our Board of Directors and our Strategic Planning Committee Members for their involvement in the creation of this plan.  Most especially we thank current and past clients for their invaluable insights, and the wisdom of our Community Partners, Rachel Mason, CEO of the Fallbrook Regional Health District, Lita Moore, Program Director at Growing Minds, Dr. Jordy Sparks of the Oceanside Unified School District, and Don Stump, former CEO of Lifeline Community Services.

Finally, we are indebted to California Department of Health Care Services for Behavioral Health Recruitment and Retention grant funding, without which, this strategic plan would not have been possible.
