Randy Berman (she/her), MA, AMFT
Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) specializing in supporting children, teens, parents, and families through a holistic, collaborative, and attachment-based approach. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for growth and healing.
I wholeheartedly believe that people do the best they can with the tools available to them. Without essential coping skills and strategies, our generational patterns tend to repeat—but with awareness and support, meaningful change is possible. My work focuses on empowering children, teens, parents, and individuals to foster deeper connections and cultivate respectful, loving relationships.
Over the past two years, I have worked in both school and clinical settings, leading individual and group sessions with students and providing therapy to individuals in person and via telehealth.
Outside of my practice, I enjoy hiking, practicing yoga, savoring slow moments with my family, playing board games, and connecting over meaningful conversations and a good meal.
